And you thought those those scenes of Charlie Brown's clothes flying off were exaggerated
A ball from Jeff Bennett nearly takes off Jason Michaels's vest. Video on Flickr.

Hooray for the '70s
As seen on Uni Watch, this particular item is apparently a Yankee Stadium food vendor shirt from the 1970s. Quite a difference from what was being worn on the field.
Edited later to add: Further evidence turned up that these are actually from the late 1960s.

Little devils no more
Ladies and gentlemen, your 2008 Tampa Bay Rays. (Hopefully, that image will continue to work.)
Edited: Ugh, okay, apparently the link to the image won't work if it doesn't come from a specific originating site. That would be this forum thread, where you can also read about all the other MLB uniform changes for '08.

Start seeing red
Here are Diamondbacks uniform elements for next season for next season (the "db" logo that looks like a snake head is pretty cool). Also, Mr. Redlegs seems to have grown a mustache while no one was paying attention.

In favor of stirrup socks
I realize that I should bring Uni Watch -- it's both a blog and a column appearing biweekly-or-so on ESPN.com -- to the attention of the readers of this blog who may not already be aware of its existence. It covers uniforms in all sports, but this being baseball season, the content is pretty baseball-heavy right now.
